How to make an appointment to rent a unit

Are you interested in one of our units? Call us to discuss what we have available and arrange a viewing immediately. You can of course send an email, but a phone call is quicker. We are happy to help.
If you prefer to visit us in person, our office is open every afternoon; please call in.

How to rent student accommodation

We make renting student accommodation very simple.
After viewing, register using the form on our website under "Rent now"

On the form, choose your preferred property first. You will automatically see an overview of all the available units within that property. You can then find your new place quickly and easily!

Are the rooms/studios furnished?

Yes! All our rooms and studios come furnished as standard, so you can move in with no worries.

Can I personalise my room or studio?

Absolutely! You can decorate your unit completely to your own taste and make it truly your own🏑.

Do you want to bring your own bed frame or other furniture? That’s fine! If you do this, we just ask you to store our furniture safely in your own home.
Small reminder: you are not allowed to use nails or drill holes in the walls. That allows us to keep everything in good shape ready for the next occupant.

How does the contract work?

Interested in one of our student units? Great! We will help you to get started, step by step:
πŸ“ Registering: After viewing, fill in the form via 'Rent now' on our website. You will receive confirmation from us afterwards.
πŸ“„ Drawing up the contract: We will draw up the lease for you and send it to you digitally.
πŸŽ‰ Finishing off: Sign the contract, pay the deposit and the annual fixed fee for costs. As soon as we receive everything, we counter-sign it and then it’s official!

How long does the contract run?

All our leases run for 12 months and start on 15 September of the coming academic year. You can then start the academic year without any worries.

Starting later or looking for a place for just one semester? Good news! Single semester contracts are available, as long as the room is still free after September 15, of course πŸ˜‰

Are there any additional costs besides the rent?

Yes, in addition to the rent, remember that there are fixed costs too. Here is a list for you:

€55 per month fee for shared areas
Annual:
€120 flat rate for internet 🌐
€600 (room) or €900 (studio) for water, electricity and heating πŸ”ŒπŸ’§
€121 student tax provision

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is two months' rent and you are asked to pay this when signing the contract, before you move into your room or studio.
At the end of your contract, you will get your deposit back as long as everything has been left in good condition.
That allows us to make sure your stay begins with no worries and ends with no problems.

How to report a problem with my room/student accommodation

Our technical department is ready to help you. Noticed a fault? Let us know as soon as possible, and we will work together to find a solution.

What should I do in an emergency?

Only use the emergency number in a real emergency, such as:

In these situations, contact emergency services first (if necessary) and then notify us as soon as possible.

The emergency number is not for technical or practical problems, such as:

Can I sublet my room?

Yes, subletting is allowed. We do ask that you take a moment to give us full details of the subtenant. Please note that as the main tenant, you remain responsible for the room and for its appropriate use.
