Dit gebouw telt vijf kamers, elk uitgerust met een eigen badkamer met douche, toilet en lavabo.
Daarnaast is elke kamer voorzien van een koelkast en alle hedendaagse comfort voor een aangename studententijd.
De gemeenschappelijke keuken werd in de zomer van 2023 volledig gerenoveerd.
Ook de kamers en badkamers zijn gemoderniseerd, opgefrist en ingericht in onze herkenbare huisstijl, wat zorgt voor een frisse, eigentijdse en comfortabele uitstraling.
